Acceptable Use
GoodEvening.tv is a teleprompter application intended for personal and professional use, for example, recording videos, presenting speeches, or practicing scripts. You may not resell or redistribute GoodEvening.tv as your own product or service. You may not use GoodEvening.tv to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful to others.
Accounts & Authentication
You may create a GoodEvening.tv account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. If you use Google sign-in, your account is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Data & Privacy
Your scripts are yours. GoodEvening.tv does not claim any ownership over content you create using the app. We do not access, read, or sell your scripts without your explicit consent. For full details on how your data is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
Subscription
GoodEvening.tv Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
Disclaimer
GoodEvening.tv is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee continuous availability or uptime. We are not liable for any loss of data, missed recordings, or other damages arising from your use of GoodEvening.tv, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using the Export Full Backup feature in Settings regularly to keep a local copy of your scripts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of GoodEvening.tv after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
